Storyline:

The film opens up in 1968 where Mohandoss is leading a rebellion against the production of liquor in the state of Tamil Nadu. On the other hand, young Gandhi Mahaan is playing rummy with his friends and in that game him and his friends get into a fight causing all 3 of them to have scars on their face. Mohandoss finding out about Gandhi playing rummy and drinking alcohol he decides to teach him a lesson and he makes Gandhi vow that he will live like a Mahaan and that he will lead the liquor ban movement when he is older.
